Students' and young scientists conference on humanitarian, natural and engineering sciences holds annually in the beginning of April. The conference objective is information interchange about new approaches and methods of problems solution, discussion of researches results and development of the recommendations.
The conference will be of interest to engineers, scientists and technologists from industry and from academic and research institutions. The financial assets on realization of student's conference arrive from the Chuvash State University budget. Free papers publications in the Conference Proceedings. All papers accepted for presentation at the Conference, will be published in the Conference Proceedings. The Programme Committee have the opportunity to recommend papers for inclusion in a special edition of the Academy of Electrotechnical Sciences Journal.Centre a paper title at a top of a page. It should be typed in capital letters. Carries of words and reduction in a title of a paper are not accepted. First name, last name and surname (initials) of authors are printed in the centre through 1,5 interval. In the beginning is printed initials of student. The post scientific chief is underlined before first name using reductions. The initials are placed before a surname. Further through 1,0 intervals the text of the report is printed. The report boundary on the right is levelled. A carries in words are not accepted. A numbering of pages is not made.
The illustrations should be mentioned in the text; are executed on the computer or black ink on a white paper or tracing-paper with by the denotation of all necessary characters. For computer performance the figures should be introduced in the electronic version of the theses in a mode Insert of the editor WinWord. The caption signatures are executed in a text mode by the Times New Roman font size 10 through 1,0 intervals also are inserted into the text as a frame separately from figure. The figures should have caption signatures. On turn-over of each figure to write author initials and figure number precisely. The inscriptions should not damage a face sheet. Top of a figure indicates.The formulas and letter designations should be typed of the formulas editor Microsoft Equation by the Times New Roman font, main size 11, large index 7, small-sized 5. The latin letters will be typed by the italic, greek and german gotic letters will be typed by the direct font. In the mathematical and chemical formulas and characters it is necessary to avoid the bulky denotations. The indexed formulas includs in line, number of the formula is put at the right edge. Are numbered only those formulas, on which are present the references.
Mathematical characters of a type sh, sin, ln, Re, ind, ker, dim, lim, inf, log, max, exp, zero, and also the denotation of chemical elements to type by the direct font (for example, log1 = 0; Re). The theses which were made out with violation of the rules, are not accepted.
